I am supposed to go to Chennai tonight. And I had booked tickets by the Guwahati Express, because tickets were not available on Mail. I even had a discussion with my mom that I am coming by this random train that is supposed to be at Central by 6, a much better arrival time than either the mail (too early at 4:40) or the Mysore Express (too late at 7:20).
Thankfully, I decided to print out the ticket today morning. I login to irctc and I am aghast to see that there is no ticket booked. Realization also dawned that I hadn't received any mail from irctc either. I had deluded myself that I had bought a ticket. Scary.
Thankfully today is a Thursday and so I could get tickets on a Meghadoota KSRTC bus.
